Because we spend a longer time in the desert with lots of different guests we can collect in our mind which are the best places to go in the desert and how to plan a trip.


So we would like to offer you the following trips:

White Desert, Sanddunes and Bedouin Life (six day trip)


Day One: Starting early in Kairo we drive to the White Desert with its amazing landscape and have an overnight stay there. Enjoy the fascinating view of the unique white limestones.

Day Two: We will drive from the White Desert through sanddunes beside the streets to the mountains near Dakhla and have an overnight stay there. Here you can watch the changing colours of the rocks and sand at the sunset.

Day Three: After driving to Dakhla and having a bath in a local hot spring you will visit the ancient city El Qasr. We arrive in the Bedouin Village El Dohous in the afternoon. We will have a nice dinner and Bedouin Music around the fire in the night.

Day Four: As you like you can relax in our hotel or we drive you to Mut City, the capital of the oasis. After lunch we will make a nice camel trip through the sanddunes to reach the Magic Spring with its bubbling water.

Day Five: Going back to Kairo we will drive to sanddunes and have an overnight stay in the Black Desert.

Day Six: We will visit Bahariya and arrive in Cairo in the afternoon.


Oasis Round Trip, Kharga - Dakhla - Farafra - Bahariya (eight day trip)


Day One: Starting in the Westbank of Luxor to Kharga Oasis. Visit the christian tombs of Bagawat and the Hibis Temple. Than we will drive deeper in the desert to Um El Dabadib. We will sleep beside the ruins of the Roman Temple.

Day Two: Drive through the desert beside the road to Dakhla and pass by wooden stones on our way. We will sleep in our bedouin hotel, the El Dohous Village and have some nice music and dance at the open fire in the night.

Day Three: In the morning you can have a bath in our local hot spring. After this visiting the ancient city El Qasr and have a roundtrip through Dakhla. In the night we will have an overnight stay in the desert with the clear sky and millions of stars above us.

Day Four: We will go back to the hotel and have a camelride to the Magic Spring in the afternoon. You will swim in bubbling water, like a bath in champaign.

Day Five: Leaving Dakhla to the Oasis Farafra and visiting the famous artist Badr. Later we will drive to the White Desert and see the fascinating white limestones with its unique mushroom stones.

Day Six: We will go deeper in the White Desert, see the Crystal Mountain and sleep in the Black Desert near Bahariya.

Day Seven: After a short drive we arrive in Bahariya and we will take a bath in one of its hot springs. Later you can enjoy the slow life in the oasis.

Day Eight: We leave the Western Desert to drive to Kairo and we will arrive the late afternoon.



Western Desert - off road 10-day trip,
Cairo-Bahariya-Dakhla-Kharga-Luxor

Day one: Arrival at Cairo international airport.
Transfer to Bahariya

Day two: Bahariya
Visit of the mummy museum with the golden mummies, Bennentoui Tomb with some marvellous paintings, El Muftella, Zed Amun Ankh, Temple of Alexander the Great

Day three: Bahariya- Black Desert
We leave Bahariya and enter the Black Desert, a volcanic region.
Visit of the Djara cave, which was discovered in 1873 by Gerhard Rohlfs

Day four: Black Desert – white desert
We continue our way through the desert, come along El Bagawati. Stop by a 100 years old grave. Cross the watermelon fields. Arrive in El Agabat, a beautiful valley, with the first white cliffs of the White Desert.


Day five: White Desert
Today we drive through the Sand dunes of El Dokar, come along Magic Spring, and continue to put up our camp at the Meringues Desert.

Day six: White Desert
We drive direction Farafra and enter the New White Desert

Day seven: White Desert - Sand dunes
We drive direction Karafish Plateau. On the way, we stop by a hot spring. Night on top of the sand dunes.

Day eight: Sand dunes- Dakhla
Leaving the sand dunes behind, we go towards the Karafish Plateau. We stop and Visit El Qasr and Deir El Hagar Temple. In the late afternoon we arrive at Bedouin camp in Dakhla.

Day nine: Dakhla- Labakha
Visit of Mut, the capital of the Dakhla oasis. And the ethnographic museum. On the way we have a stop to walk through the old village of Balat. We continue to Umm el Dhabadib, a roman camp and Qasr Labakha.

Day ten: Labakha-Kharga
After visiting the desert farm, we leave the desert and drive to Kharga. Visit of the Bagawat tombs, the Hibis temple, and the Kharga museum. Transfer to Luxor

Western Desert - off road 13-day trip,
Cairo-Siwa-Bahariya-Dakhla-Kargha-Luxor

Day one: Cairo – Marsa Matruh
Pick up at Cairo International Airport and transfer to Marsa Matruh by bus. Marsa Matruh is a city with an old history but modern architecture. The Egyptians especially appreciate it as holiday resort in summer.

Day two: Marsa Matruh-Siwa
We continue our way to Siwa by bus. Arrival in the afternoon. Visit of the Shali fort. This place was built in the 13th century. The buildings, some of them 5 storey houses, were made of kershef, a mixture of clay and salt. Heavy rainfalls destroyed it in 1926. In the late afternoon, donkey ride to watch the sunset near the lake at Fatnas

Day three: Siwa
Visit of the Jebel al Matwa Mountain of the Dead. There are some beautiful graves with wall paintings like the Si-Amon tomb. The oracle’s temple, which is rather small, some part of the site is well preserved. The tomb of Um Ubeyd, only a piece of wall has survived. Jebel Dakrur where the tourist festival takes place. Cleopatra’s pool, where local men take a dive, female visitors are not allowed! The Abu Shuruf well and pool.

Day four: Siwa –Bahariya
We leave Siwa for Bahariya and pass on the way the salt lake Birket Asmouri, Bahrein oasis, situated between 2 lakes, Nouamisa oasis and the roman tombs, Sitra oasis and Ghar Kebir and the sand dunes.

Day five: Bahariya

Just outside Kharga we visit the Qasr El Ghweita temple, The Qasr El Zayan fortress and its temple. We drive direction Dakhla and on the way visit Muzawaka tombs, Rashda village, Budkhulu, Bashendi village and the tomb of Kitnes.

Day fifteen: Dakhla-Crystal Mountains
We return to the oasis road and drive to Farafra. Visit the village and the museum, walk through the beautiful gardens and have a swim in one of the hot springs. We continue our way and stop at Crystal Mountains.

Day sixteen: Crystal Mountains- Fish valley
We leave Crystal Mountains, drive through Bahariya and arrive in Fish Valley. In the afternoon we drive direction Fayoum. Stop in Wadi Rayan, visit Medinet Madi and the Monastery of the Archangel Gabriel.

Day seventeen: Fayoum oasis
We visit the pyramids of Illahum and Hawawa, Qasr Qarum, drive along the lake Qarun. Stop in Karanis.

Day eighteen: Fayoum-Cairo
We leave for Dimai, Qasr El Sagha. Transfer to Cairo.

Expedition to the Gilf Kebir, 15-Day trip :
Cairo -Bahariya- Dakhla-Abu Ballas- Aqaba Pass- Wahi Wasa-Balat-Kargha-Luxor

Day one : Transfer from Cairo to Bahariya by minibus
Sightseeing in Bahariya.

Day two : Bahariya- White Desert
Early morning we leave Bahariya by jeep and have a stop at the El Haiz Roman Fortress. Via Crystal Mountains we pass the Black Desert and arrive in the first part of the White Desert.

Day three : White Desert-Dakhla
We continue on the oasis asphalt road via Farafra to Dakhla. On the way we visit the Deir El Hagar Temple and El Qasr.

Day four : Dakhla-Abu Ballas
From now on it goes off road. Abu Abbas, which means « Pottery Hill » The jars that were found there, were probably used as a waterdepot on the caravan route Dakhla-Gebel Uwaynat.

Day five : Abu Ballas-east side of the Gilf Kebir
We approach the Gilf Kebir by the East side

Day six : East side escarpment – Aqaba Pass
We climb the Gilf Kebir Plateua until we reach the Aqaba Pass

Day seven : Aqaba Pass- West slopes of the Gilf Kebir
We leave the Aqaba Pass and take the road down to the west side of the Gilf Kebir. We arrive at the Wadi Sura and the Foggini cave where we can still observe some rock painting. The most well known is « the Cave of the swimmers ».

Day eight : We continue our drive along the western slopes till we reach the Din Memorila Plate of Prince Kamal El.

Day nine : We enter the Wadi Wasa to visit Magaret El Kantara. There is a canyon and also the Mestekawi cave.

Day ten :
We drive to Wadi Bakht and enter the Red Desert direction North East.

Day eleven :
We leave the Red Desert behind us and travel back direction Dakhla.

Day twelve :
If we arrive on time, we visit Mut and the museum.

Day thirteen :
Sightseeing of Eastern Dakhla- Balat- Um el Dabadib

Day fourteen : From Um el Dabadib we move towards Ain Labekha and Kharga

Day fifteen : Transfer from Kharga to Luxor
